“We held our annual holiday party at The Clubhouse Westport, and it exceeded all expectations. The team was great, helpful and always around to help us with anything. The food was awesome, have the smash burgers and the Caesar with chicken - delicious. We used the back simulator room with two machines which was enjoyed by all. We do! Once you submit your event inquiry, a member of our team will be in touch regarding catering options, pricing, and more.
Absolutely! Please call ahead and ask to speak with manager or member of our events team to align on a time. We do our best to accommodate walk ins, but can’t promise we’ll be able to give you a great tour without agreeing on a time!
There is a cake / cupcake fee to bring in outside desserts ($25 charge for groups of 15 or less, $50 for groups of 15+). Please give us a heads up if you plan to bring your own dessert. No peanut products allowed – we are a peanut-free facility.
Our decoration policy varies by space, so please connect with our team to discuss specifics. Balloons are allowed in the Karaoke Rooms, The Back Room, and The Annex. No balloons allowed in our Bar & Dining Room, in individual Sims, or on the Rooftop. Decorations may not be taped, tacked, or otherwise affixed to walls, ceilings, or furniture without permission. No confetti, glitter, silly string, or feathers – ever.
Any specific decorations must be approved by our events team ahead of your event.

We do offer full food and beverage options. We do not allow any outside food with the exception of peanut-free cakes, cupcakes, or desserts.
You have the option for seated or buffet-style dinner, or passed hors d'oeuvres. Our events team can send our latest catering menu options.
Please contact our events team at events@theclubhousewestport.com for special accommodations related to religion, allergies, or other dietary needs.
Our policy varies by size and date of event, so please connect with our team and refer to your confirmation or contract. Once your booking is confirmed, we charge a $250 cancellation fee to the card on file for bookings made through our events team. In the event of a cancellation anytime before the 72 hour window, you will be charged the $250 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the confirmed booking, we charge 100% for the reserved space.

Everyone must sign a waiver, regardless of whether or not they plan to participate. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf.
We begin accepting requests 6 months in advance. There may be exceptions for special large events like wedding after parties, etc.
